If most MotoGP had the chance to discover the Red Bull Ring last week, it is now the turn of Moto2 and Moto3 to go and taste the Austrian bull, tomorrow and Wednesday. A gastronomic opportunity which, however, would not be shared by everyone…

Thus, the Ajo Motorsport teams are expected (Johann zarco) CarXpert Interwetten (Dominique Aegerter, Robin Mulhauser), Garage Plus Interwetten (Tom Luthi), Leopard Racing (Danny Kent, Miguel Oliveira), Paginas Amarillas HP 40 Pons (Alex Rins, Edgar Pons ), AGR (Marcel Schrötter, Axel Pons) and Dynavolt GP Intact (Jonas Folger, Sandro Cortese), Forward(Simone Courses) and Marc VDS Racing (Alex Marquez, Franco Morbidelli) concerning the Moto2.

It will be noted that for Lüthi, it will be a second experience of the track since the Swiss was already in the KTM box with the RC16 during the MotoGP test gallop, while on the contrary, Sam Lowes who was happy to have a little advantage over his little comrades will see the latter reduced to nothing as far as the tenors of the category are concerned (with the exception of Nakagami, absent).

The Moto3 will be represented by all the teams equipped with KTM, with the notable exception of the Sky VR46 team which has already “worn out” two days of testing in Misano, before the German Grand Prix.

But, more intriguingly, according to our first contacts on site, we did not find a team with Hondas, and no more teams running with Mahindras, which will be one of these Austrian discovery days which will therefore begin on July 26, to continue and end the next day, July 27.

Stay tuned…
