The Guardia di Finanza, Italian Customs, has just seized 14 promotional items in the colors of Ferrari and Valentino Rossi, sold on eBay under the pseudonym “shopfromzena000”.

The factory was located in Bolzaneto, where heat presses, punching machines, computers, plotters, magnetic media and documentation on shipments to customers and payments received were seized.

278 customers have been identified and could be sanctioned, who would have to pay fines ranging from 100 to 7 euros. The illicit activity, managed by a 000-year-old Genoese man, was masked by a front activity, which turned out to be completely false.

The businessman was the subject of an investigation for counterfeiting: he risks 2 to 6 years of imprisonment and a fine of 5 to 000 euros. He was also prosecuted for tax fraud in the years 50 to 000.

If you do not want to be worried about counterfeit purchases, it is best to order your real items on the real Valentino Rossi merchandising site.
