Le Sert took advantage of the night to continue its ascent. Lapping much faster than the others, the crew of the No. 12 put together a series of fast laps to get back to the top three. At mid-race, the Yart-Yamaha was still ahead of BMW Motorrad, while the Yoshimura Sert Motul had taken the advantage over the #11.

When the sun rose, the undisputed leader of this first part of the race experienced a first mishap. Karel Hanika made a mistake on No. 1, and returned to the box to carry out repairs. Le Sert then gets his revenge, and returns to the lead of the race. Yart-Yamaha is currently third, behind #37.

The No. 116 Fullgas Racing Team retired shortly after halfway.

Superstock

The start of the night saw little change in the Superstock standings. National Motos was still leading the race after 12 hours of racing, while Chromeburner and Aviobike did not leave the top-3.

Note the successive falls of the No. 199 (ARTEC) and the No. 82 (Uniserv Moto) when it was already dark on the Bugatti circuit. Later, the No. 44 would imitate them and be forced to retire.

Experimental

  • The first part of the night was animated by the fall of the n°3 of the Rosso Bordeaux team. The No. 45 continues to evolve in the first part of the table, Ludovic Rizza is currently at the helm with the Metiss-JBB team in 18th position.
