The FIM Endurance World Championship returns to the Le Mans circuit for the 47th edition of the 24H Motorcycles. During the first sessions of the weekend, Yart-Yamaha and Yoshimura SERT Motul competed for the top spot. However, it is this Saturday that things count, since the start of the race will be given at the beginning of the afternoon.

The 24H Motos Warm-Up constitutes the last outing on track for the 48 entrants before the start which will take place this Saturday at around 15:00 p.m. The opportunity for the teams to fine-tune their settings before the start of the double clock tour in Sarthe.
EWC – 24H Motorcycles
Yart-Yamaha started its Saturday in the best way, by taking first place in the Warm-Up. It was Niccolo Canepa who took control of the No. 1 machine to clock a lap in 1:36.153 on his final attempt. The No. 5 Honda finished second, more than six tenths behind, while the No. 12 Yoshimura Sert Motul, ranked second on the starting grid, finished the session in 4th place after completing a total of 25 passes on the Bugatti circuit. .
Note the fall of Gabin Buryat on the No. 241 Honda (AG Racing), as well as that of Ben Luxton (No. 27 – TRT24 AZ Moto).
Superstock
In Superstock, Kenny Foray sets the tone with a mark of 1:37.629, which places the No. 9 in 8th place in the general classification. The n°18, as well as the n°777 complete the top-3 while none of Sébastien and Valentin Suchet managed to get closer to their competitors aboard the n°55 of the National Motos Honda team. Raymond Guillaume achieved the best time in the Warm-Up for his crew, more than a second behind Kenny Foray.
Experimental
The No. 45 led by Max Schmidt propels the Metiss-JBB team to 16th place in the general classification thanks to an attempt in 1:39.214. The number 3 of the Rosso Bordeaux team finished the morning race in 30th position after having completed a total of 14 laps.
