RACE-R PRO: A HIGH TECHNOLOGY PRODUCT
The Race-R PRO is a high-end full-face helmet that has benefited from all of SHARK's expertise, from its design to its manufacturing. Worn by all the brand's professional pilots, it meets specific requirements: lightness, stability, comfort and aerodynamics.
Combining carbon fiber and aramid, the Race-R PRO weighs 1 g* while offering excellent shock absorption. It features a flat optical class 250 screen without visual distortion with variable thickness: 1 mm on the sides and 2,8 mm on the central part. Equipped with a double D buckle, this model also offers an optimized screen mechanism with a quick release and detent system, thus offering easier handling.
Tested in the wind tunnel to guarantee aerodynamics and stability at high speeds, it has a double rear spoiler and 4 ventilation points for an optimized venturi effect. An anti-swirl bib and a muffler complete the Race-R PRO's range.
In terms of comfort, the helmet benefits from a completely removable and washable interior, specifically designed for optimal acoustic insulation. Note the presence of the “Easy Fit” system which makes it easier for eyeglass wearers to pass through the temples.
The Race-R PRO has an impressive track record in the World Speed Championship with nearly 200 podiums to its credit since 2011**.
