Moto2 FP3 has just concluded in Italy, and with it, the last chance for the riders to prepare for qualifying. At this stage of the season, it's easy to determine what to watch. It was impossible to take your eyes off José Antonio Rueda (Red Bull KTM Ajo), championship leader and five-time winner, nor on rookies Maximo Quiles (KTM CFMoto Aspar Team) and Alvaro Carpe (Red Bull KTM Ajo). Yesterday, two different riders stood out: José Antonio Rueda, first, in the morning during FP1. As usual, the Spaniard wasted no time getting into the swing of things. Then, The afternoon was marked by a very eventful Practice, during which David Almansa (Honda Leopard Racing) finished first.

The weather is beautiful this Saturday morning., which means that the competitors in the smallest category will be able to enjoy perfect conditions during this second session. And things are looking bad for Eddie O'Shea (Honda GRYD MLav Racing), victim of a mechanical problem.

In terms of time, the first two to shine are the two rookies of the moment: Maximo Quiles et Alvaro Carpe, followed by Jose Antonio Rueda. But right after, the other rookie Guido Pini (KTM Liqui Moly Intact GP) takes command of the operations, he who will have to go through Q1. However, things should go faster.

Angel Piqueras (KTM MT Helmets MSi), meanwhile, plays tightrope walker… and that allows him to come first!

David munoz also manages to save a fall by cutting Savelli's gravel trap. David Almansa, faster yesterday during Practice, returns to first place.

Scott Ogden (KTM CIP Green Power) is also in very good shape, as this provisional second place proves.

Finally, at the checkered flag, Scott Ogden surprises everyone and finishes first in FP2! David Almansa is second, ahead Angel Piqueras, Alvaro Carpe et David Munoz.
