Produced by CANAL + et MotoGP ™, 'Tour de Force' is the world's first Apple Immersive Video film captured entirely with the new Blackmagic URSA Cine Immersive camera.

This documentary will be available on the CANAL+ app for Apple Vision Pro starting September 22 at 9 a.m. (Pacific Time) / 18 p.m. (CET). Outside France, 'MotoGP™ Tour de Force' will be accessible via the Apple TV app. A short format will also be available for demonstration in Apple Stores in France, Germany, Japan, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, and the United States starting in October.

Since its launch last year, the CANAL+ app for Apple Vision Pro has offered its subscribers a unique immersive experience to access all CANAL+ content. With this documentary, sports and MotoGP™ fans will enjoy a unique experience around French rider Johann Zarco, heroic winner in the rain at the Michelin® Grand Prix™ de France MotoGP Le Mans last May. The 2025 edition confirmed its status as a major event in the championship by breaking an attendance record with more than 300,000 spectators. This moment also marked the end of a 71-year wait for a French driver to win on home soil—a truly legendary feat!

To create an immersive and realistic viewing experience, CANAL+ used four Blackmagic URSA Cine Immersive cameras mounted on tripods and Steadicams, combined with Ambisonic microphones to capture Spatial Audio. A mobile device equipped with a Mac Studio (M3 Max), a Pro Display XDR, and an Apple Vision Pro was set up ringside to allow instant review of the footage and ensure precise framing. The post-production team in Paris used the same setup for editing, color grading, and audio mixing with DaVinci Resolve Studio.

'MotoGP™ Tour de Force' is ultra-realistic in quality, with no visible pixels, and life-size elements that give users the impression of being truly teleported onto the circuit. Each spectator appears life-size, the blazing speed of the MotoGP™ bikes is palpable, right down to the grain of the track's asphalt. A result worthy of a cinematic production.
