As a reminder, the starting grid for the sprint race was made up ofAlex Marquez (Dozens), Fabio Quartararo (Yamaha) and Marc Márquez (Ducati). Behind, followed Franco Morbidelli (Dozens), Peter Acosta (KTM) and Fabio Di Giannantonio (Dozens). Johann zarco (Sling), Ai Ogura (Aprilia) and Enea Bastianini (KTM) made up the third line. Francis Bagnaia (Ducati) was 21st.
When the lights go out, it's Alex Marquez who got the best start and took the lead, while fabio quartararo, Marc Márquez et Peter Acosta found themselves neck and neck, with the Frenchman in favor, who was nevertheless threatened by number 93. The two men engaged in a great battle and even came into contact.
At the start of the second round, Márquez managed to regain second place, while Quarterly found himself behind Acosta, before managing to repeat it. Fabio DiGiannantonio came between the two men, relegating the KTM rider to fifth place.
Right behind him, Johann zarco, who had a very good start from seventh place, made a mistake on the third lap and was overtaken by Enea Bastianini et Brad Binder.
Halfway through the race, Franco Morbidelli missed a brake and thus hit Jorge MartínBoth men immediately got up, but the Italian was subsequently given a long lap penalty to be served in the main race tomorrow. On the following lap, the same scenario repeated itself, this time between Fermín Aldeguer et Marco BezzecchiThe Spanish rookie also hit an Aprilia rider, but the latter appeared to have been hit in the wrist.
Fortunately, Bezzecchi ultimately suffered no fractures, but bruises to his left forearm and hip. In any case, Aldeguer also received a long lap penalty to be carried out tomorrow.
Four laps from the finish, Alex Marquez made a mistake while leading the race with a comfortable lead over his brother, thus handing him victory on a plate. Number 93 therefore won once again, while Quarterly offered himself a new podium, which was completed by Di Giannantonio.
Behind, the three KTM riders fought during the last laps, and it was Acosta who had the last word, in front bastianini et Binder. zarco finished behind the three men, in seventh place.
