Silverstone

Silverstone is one of the most elusive circuits on the MotoGP calendar. In the last ten years, no rider has won there twice. Add to that four different winners in the last four rounds of 2025, and you have a grid that's as open as it is explosive. Specialists in the English weather and the final chicanes could come out on top...

Still undefeated in Sprint, #93 leads the championnat with a 22-point lead, but his Sunday mistakes (Austin, Jerez) prevented him from digging a chasm. He remains in search of his first victory at Silverstone since… 2014.

The double world champion Pecco Bagnaia is losing his bearings with the GP25Double crash at Le Mans, poor communication with the team, and low morale: Silverstone could be his last chance to revive his season. Luckily for him, he knows the track well: victory in 2022, podiums in 2023 and 2024.

À 34 years, the Honda LCR rider John Zarco is the latest MotoGP winner. Victorious at Le Mans, he gives hope to the golden wing. One to watch at Silverstone, even if its Honda remains unpredictable.

fabio quartararo (Yamaha) is coming off two poles and a podium at Jerez. He already won at Silverstone in 2021 and remains dangerous unless he crashes like he did in France. Pedro Acosta (KTM) must always impress. Top 5 at Le Mans, it flirts with the podium. Fermin Aldeguer (Gresini Ducati) overtook him in the final laps at Le Mans. First podium in MotoGP, and the best is yet to come.

The MotoGP weekend will take place at Silverstone from May 23 to 25

Former winners in ambush at Silverstone

Maverick Vinales enjoyed his first success in England in 2016, in top form on the KTM Tech3. Enea Bastianini is not to be outdone: Sprint + GP double in 2024 at Silverstone, but weighed down by penalties at Le Mans. There is also alex rins : heroic winner in 2019, he seeks to put Yamaha back in the top 10.

There are also the outsiders: Marco Bezzecchi, pole at Silverstone in 2023, but behind this season, or Raul fernandez & Ai Ogura Parts and accessories Aprilia TrackHouse is progressing. Raul aims for a second consecutive top 10, Ogura a third in a row. Non-exhaustive list...

Silverstone 2025 will be anything but a formality. Ducati remains the reference, but Yamaha , KTM et Aprilia are coming back strong. And as always, the British weather could reshuffle the cards.

Silverstone, with its 5,9 km track and its history dating back to 1977, is renowned for its speed and changeable, often decisive, weather conditions. A squall of rain, a squall of madness... It's all possible at Silverstone. MotoGP in all its splendor. Here's this Friday's schedule!
