Arriving at the Jerez circuit for the Grand Prix MotoGP from Spain, oWe wondered if Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati Lenovo Team), triple winner to date in Andalusia, was able to stem the triumphant march of his teammate Marc Marquez (Ducati Lenovo Team)…
For the moment, the answer is clearly negative and, on the contrary, the surprise came from a splendid fabio quartararo (Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP) who took pole position and overtook the team at the first corner worthy of the greatest! The Frenchman's race was brief, very brief, but was so clearly a moment of bravery after so many months of frustration, that we certainly can't blame The Devil for not having played the grocer...
After this first round under high tension, we found the usual little train, a faithful reflection of the championship classification, Marc Marquez – Alex Marquez – Francesco Bagnaia – Franco Morbidelli. As for the suspense, we'll come back to it...
While waiting to discover more, as the 23 drivers prepare for this 10-minute warm-up, under a still clear sky and temperatures of 16° in the air and 24° on the ground, let's take advantage of these few moments of live coverage thanks to the official website MotoGP.com :
