Jorge Martin returns to the saddle: a return to MotoGP imminent?

Thanks to a recent change in the regulations, driven by Aprilia, the Madrilenian now has the right to ride for a full day in private tests to regain his feelings on the prototype before officially returning to Grand Prix. These tests are planned on the Misano Adriatico circuit, a regular venue for MotoGP tests.

The appearance of Martin in Barcelona is a very encouraging sign. Although the RSV4 road race is less demanding than a MotoGP, this first contact marks an important step in his rehabilitation.

For now, the paddock is holding its breath. Brno could mark the great return of George Martin, ready to resume the defense of his title… and to fight again against Marc Marquez and his ilk for the MotoGP crown.
