At least three questions arise before qualifying for this Aragon Grand Prix:
- Marc Márquez will he achieve the fifth consecutive pole position there?
- Mika Kallio will he confirm his sensational start to the weekend?
– How far will we progress? Valentino Rossi for his early return after breaking his leg three weeks ago?

To get an idea before the qualifying session itself, this FP4 will be interesting, just as it should enlighten us on everyone's race pace...

With bright sunshine, 23° in the air and 36° on the ground, conditions are now ideal.

All drivers take the start including Jonas Folger who slightly injured his neck during his morning fall and spent a short time at the Alcaniz hospital.

As soon as the track opens, Jorge Lorenzo sets the tempo in 1'50.329 before Alvaro Bautista minor fall at turn #15 after touching the rear tire of Marc Marquez.

Valentino Rossi (medium/medium) is the first to pass in 1'49.888 while Crutchlow et Márquez make a mistake, the first at turn #1, the second at turn #3.

Midway through the session, Jonas Folger appears in third position, which reassures both his physical condition and his level of performance.

A few minutes later, Dani Pedrosa and Alex Espargaro took command, the Aprilia rider achieving 1'49.422.

A quarter of an hour from the end of the session, Dani Pedrosa takes the reins again in 1'49.260.

Before the last run, the hierarchy looks like this: Pedrosa, Aleix Espargaro, Lorenzo, Rossi, Pol Espargaro, Folger, Crutchlow, Redding and Dovizioso.

Marc Márquez is then 11th, Mika Kallio 12th, Johann zarco 15th, Andrea Iannone 18th, Loris Baz 19th and Maverick Vinales, which runs without the evolution of the fairing, 21st!

Upon resumption, Andrea Iannone is in third place, half a second behind Dani Pedrosa.

Jorge Lorenzo (medium/soft) and Johann zarco also enter the top 5 but the surprise comes from Espargaro Pol who achieves the second provisional time only 2/100 behind Dani Pedrosa.

The final packaging sees everything first Dani Pedrosa improve his best time in 1'48.996, followed immediately by the effort of Marc Márquez (medium/hard) which propels him from 15th to second place.

We are witnessing a new fall for Sam Lowes before, in the last minute, Maverick Vinales rises to an unexpected but welcome first position of the session.

Johann zarco is 11th, and last driver less than a second behind the poleman, Valentino Rossi 16th at 1,1 seconds.
