Barely dismounted from his official Yamaha M1 after finally obtaining pole position for this Aragon Grand Prix, Maverick Vinales spoke to the site's microphone MotoGP.com, very happy to be competitive in the dry after having experienced difficult moments in the wet since the start of the weekend…

Congratulations on this second consecutive pole position. The big question is whether you can maintain this pace tomorrow in the race?

Maverick Vinales : " I hope ! I hope I can do a lot of 1'48 laps during the race because I felt really good in FP4. The temperatures are quite high and I think we will have similar conditions during the race. I am very happy, the bike is working well, the team is working very well. I am extremely happy to take my first pole at a Grand Prix in Spain. Honestly, the crowd and the fans are fantastic, so I'm very happy for them. But also, the team works very well, we take small steps forward each time. We are competitive in the dry and now we need to improve in the wet. »
