Simone Courses opened the series of falls at turn thirteen while the first quarter of an hour of the exercise had not yet been reached. Franco Morbidelli, his teammate and leader was on the verge of correction but saved the furniture by shooting straight into the gravel trap. Baldassari took the opportunity to open the throttle wide and achieve the first time under 1'45 per lap. In exactly 1'44.943, the Forward driver was the first to lead the way in the land of tango ahead of the championship leader and Lüthi.

agitated completes the top 5 with the Suter and is ahead of the other Swiss motorcycle Schrötter. Gardner is sixth with the Mistral610 and ahead Pasini. Alex Marquez, eighth despite his antics, Cortese, in Suter and Syahrin are in the top10 just refused to Xavier Vierge, the second Tech3 driver.
Nakagami, third in Qatar, is thirteenth, while fabio quartararo takes its mark in sixteenth position. The two KTMs make a modest group shot in eighteenth and nineteenth positions, Olive tree ahead Brad Binder.
