Valentino Rossi will lead the second row, which is his best result since he qualified third in Malaysia last year. Despite everything, the Italian started second.Frank Morbidelli, credited with the sixth fastest time in Q2, had never appeared so well on the grid since his rise to MotoGP. This is the first time that four Yamahas have been in the Top 7 in qualifying since Le Mans 2016.

Cal Crutchlow, ranked seventh in these qualifications, won the race last season starting from 10th place. Pol Espargaro inherits 11th position on the grid, after passing through Q1. This is the first time that a KTM has qualified so well at Termas de Río Hondo. Jorge Lorenzo, who has never distinguished himself in Argentina, will occupy 11th place on the grid. Since 2017, he has never appeared on one of the first two lines in Argentina.

So much for food for thought. And the weather? No rain, 28° in the stands and 40° on the track are proposed for the 25 laps.

Marquez in Hard Soft, Casa Particular in Viñales in full Soft, Dovi in Hard Soft and Red in Hard Medium, Miller in Medium Soft and Morbidely in Hard Medium like Fabio, here are some major tire choices. Márquez, Dovizioso et Miller are the first leaders. Casa Particular in Viñales is fifth behind Red.

Red attack and here he is second before the end of a first lap led briskly by EMPLOYERz who takes the lead with a second towards the second lap. in advance. Marquez pound and spin more than a second faster than everyone else... Dovizioso ironed Red which is followed by Miller, Morbidely et Crutchlow. Casa Particular in Viñales is eighth, Quarterly tenth.

We learn that Crutchlow stole the start. He will have to go through the pitlane. His hopes of a podium are dashed. Red slips fifth and has fun with the student Morbidely. Petrucci is seventh. zarco 17e. Lorenzo 19th. Four rounds have been completed and Márquez leads with 3.8s on Dovi who is ahead Miller.

After five rounds, Red returns third in the wake of Dovizioso. Then he goes second. But the race and the pace are firmly held by Márquez.

Red makes a drop of water which benefits Dovi. But the Doctor wins third to the detriment of Thousandr and Morbidely. Márquez now has a lead of more than five seconds. This is the fix!

Note that the second fastest driver on the track is Kidneys. He also moved up to tenth, then ninth after having overtaken Quarterly. At KTM Pol Espargaro is 12th and Olive tree puts pressure on him. zarco is 16th.

Ten laps are completed and Marquez remains untouchable. Behind Red put on a show with Dovizioso while Morbidely et Miller observe. Petrucci et Casa Particular in Viñales are further away, ahead Nakagami, Kidneys in full recovery and Quarterly.

Márquez after 11 laps he is almost nine seconds ahead and he is the only one who can still lap under the 1'40 per lap mark. Lorenzo his teammate is fifteenth and therefore in the points. He is 19s behind the other official Honda…

There are 11 laps left, so half time is over and we are starting to see the wear of the tires. Dovizioso pass Red who clings whileAbraham fall at turn 1. Crutchlow, started the race again, at the pace of the leading men. The podium was within his reach, without a blunder that was ultimately not so obvious...

Rabat fall at turn 1. Kidneys joined Miller et Petrucci After passing by Miller, Nakagami and Casa Particular in Viñales in distress that sees Quarterly in his viewfinder...

Eight laps from the goal, Kidneys puts on a show while passing at the same time Morbidely et Miller in full swing. Here he is fifth and a real danger for Petrucci which locks the last door to the podium currently held by Red et Dovizioso behind a Márquez walking.

Three laps from the goal, Mir enter the stand and we will note that Iannone left last, rides last with the Aprilia… Crutchlow despite his penalty is ahead and Syahrin Also. Far ahead, Kidneys goes fourth. Will he have enough time to attempt the podium? Apparently not, because Miller the past. On the other hand, the second place is to be determined…

In the last round, Morbidely et Casa Particular in Viñales hang on at turn 7 and Red Beat Dovizioso for second place. Because ahead, Márquez is the big winner. Miller is fourth ahead Kidneys et Petrucci. Next Nakagami, Aleix Espargaró, Espargaro Pol and the Tech3 KTM rider Olive tree is eleventh. the place that more or less dreamed of zarco with the same machine. But he is fifteenth out of seventeen classified. Lorenzo is twelfth behind one Crutchlow who has not deserved, and Quarterly is eighth.
