Many of you have asked us for a Paddock-GP application because many of you read us on your smartphone.
It appears that an application for a site essentially based on the broadcast of a continuous news feed, such as Paddock-GP, does not present any real interest other than having direct access to it. As you will see below, we will resolve this point in a few seconds while waiting for a real “app” in the coming months…
Concerning I'direct access to Paddock GP from your smartphone, here is a very simple way to achieve this. This example is valid for iPhones, but there are similar procedures for other smartphone models, mainly Android (see here).
1/ Open in Safari, choose the site Paddock-GP (recommended) or our page Facebook (less recommended because the iPhone + Facebook pairing can generate unwanted advertisements that are otherwise completely absent on computers).
2/ At the bottom of the screen, press the “send” icon.
3/ In the window that opens, press “Add to favorites”.
Specify, if necessary, “On the home screen”.
4/ Rename the icon as you wish and validate by saving.
There you go, it's (almost) finished. A Paddock-GP icon has been created on the last page of your home screen. Now just leave your finger pressed on it for a few seconds so that it starts to vibrate, allowing you to bring it back to the front page of your smartphone.
