Barely got off his Suzuki GSX–RR after setting the 3rd time in qualifying for the Grand Prix of the Americas, Andrea Iannone spoke with pleasure to the camera of the official website MotoGP.com.
It's a perfect weekend for you here in Austin. How do you feel about being on the front lines?
Andrea Iannone : “fortunately, we are back on the front line. This was one of our objectives for this weekend because in the last races, I started from a bad position and I struggled a lot during the race. Fortunately, I had a good feeling with the bike here since the first session. Then we improved, not much but we improved, and that's the most important thing. But anyway, I think it will be a very difficult race tomorrow. I think 6 or 7 drivers have very good pace and it will be an incredible battle. So I hope we have a very good race and that I finish in a good position.”
