If Joan Mir remains the big favorite, both for this race and for the championship, and his main opponent is still called Romano Fenati despite his mood swings, it must be admitted that many of them want to mingle with this confrontation.

To start with Aron Canet, of course, the third championship, but also recently by gabriel rodrigo et Juanfran Guevara, the two holders of the RBA team, as well as Enea Bastianini back in shape. The list is not exhaustive…

Last night, Roman Fenati reconciled with Fabio DiGiannantonio after their altercation in qualifying.

For this Moto3 warm up, the weather is quite similar to that of yesterday morning, with temperatures of 16° in the air and 18° on the track, and a partially clear sky with a definite tendency to become overcast...

1'36.228 Mir 2016

From the first laps, we turn in a small 38, which shows the track in good condition.

Enea Bastianini, who rides alone, even records a 1'37.704 in his fourth flying lap. This is the signal for the opening of hostilities, in which participants participate remotely Joan Mir, Romano Fenati, Livio Loi et Gabriel Rodrigo, but it is the Rimini driver who retains the lead with a 1'37.003 at mid-session.

In the last five minutes, Joan mir breaks the 1'37 mark in 1'36.784, just 2/10 of the best qualifying time.

The final race sees a dozen drivers lighting the first sector in red, but if each improves their own time, no one will challenge the supremacy of the Leopard Racing driver, and, as if by chance, we find the checkered flag afterwards. Joan Mir before Roman Fenati.

Jules Danilo is 19th but remains confident of being able to have a consistent race.
