The site speedweek drops a little bomb in the world of Moto2 by indicating that Dominique Aegerter has signed with the Leopard Racing/Kiefer team to ride a Suter-MMX2, and this transfer has just been confirmed to us.
A choice of motorcycle which pushed the Swiss rider to leave the CarXpert Interwetten team of Fred Corminboeuf who could hardly see himself fielding both a Kalex for Tom Lüthi and a Suter for Dominique Aegerter.
As we had anticipated in August (see file), Kalex will therefore lose ground next year with, for the moment, six riders equipped with Swiss motorcycles: Dynavolt-Intact with Marcel Schrötter and Sandro Cortese, Leopard/Kiefer with Danny Kent and Dominique Aegerter and undoubtedly Italtrans with Mattia Pasini and Andrea Locatelli.
You can find the exclusive interview with Didier Langouet (Suter).
