The morning in Moto2 ended with a refreshing first place for a Suter with an Aegerter on the handlebars. The competition therefore had to take its revenge against this duo from Switzerland and the track heated to a little over 38° could draw a new hierarchy in this last battle on Friday at Silverstone.

Before that, here is a reminder of the facts in table

Alex Marquez didn't waste a second to bring the benchmark below 2'08. His 2'07.891 was the fastest performance seen until then while Pasini, Marini et Lüthi followed by the brother of whom you know who even pushed the envelope a little more in 2'07.491. Cortese fell at turn 16. And Nagashima broke out in a cold sweat…

Between Pasini et Nakagami, it wasn't bad either...

A quarter of an hour from the goal, Alex Marquez always held his case in front Olive tree, Pasini, Nakagami et Lüthi. Morbidely was seventh and our fabio quartararo who will be recalled injured twenty-second. Alex De Angelis celebrated his reunion with the category in twenty-eighth place.

Jake Dixon, then thirtieth, replacement of Schrotter, fell at turn 6 and Marini at turn 16. But these were the only notable events before the checkered flag since, on the hierarchy side, nothing changed.
