Johann, you made a lot of people happy today. How does it feel to be back on the front line?
Johann zarco : " I feel very good. Very good because I went through a very tough period, and even though we started again for the second part of the season, the bike wasn't really any better. I struggled again but the rainy conditions reset everything for everyone. This morning I had problems but this afternoon I was able to find a good way to ride the bike and very good confidence. Lap after lap, I felt the bike and the tires well. For qualifying, the strategy of putting on slicks was complicated and in the end I didn't want to apply it. I didn't feel it. So I tried again with wet tires but they were a little too worn to try for pole position. But anyway, I was able to set a good time on the first lap and I'm on the front row. It's good, it's a great feeling and it brings a little joy to the whole team and above all for me because I needed it. I still feel like I have that winning mentality which is really necessary at this level.”
