It's official: we now know the five dates that will make up the 2018 calendar for the very first FIM Enel MotoE™ World Cup.

The representatives of the different teams which will be entered next season in the FIM Enel MotoE™ World Cup gathered this Saturday in Misano for a large family photo, in which the Series Director Nicolas Goubert and Carmelo Ezpeleta also took part ( CEO – Dorna Sports).

Calendar

On this occasion, some additional information – related to the series – was revealed, like the calendar! This very first season of the FIM Enel MotoE™ World Cup will therefore include five dates: Jerez, Le Mans, Sachsenring, Red Bull Ring and Misano.

Format

The races themselves will be between seven and ten laps, depending on the distance of the circuit. A decision taken in such a way that the bike displays a very high level of performance until the end. The tests will take place before the Moto3™ race.

Teams

On the agenda, there was of course the arrival of the SIC team, which brings to 12 the number of structures represented next season in MotoE™, the equivalent of 18 motorcycles lined up on the grid and distributed from following way.

Test Schedule

Testing was also one of the topics discussed and we know exactly the dates of these driving days, which will all take place on the Jerez track:

23 TO 25 NOVEMBER 2018
13 at 15 March 2019
23 in April 25 2019
