Difficult Grand Prix than that of Catalonia for the men of Borgo Panigale!

If we unfortunately know roughly what happened to Andrea Iannone, his teammate had to grit his teeth throughout the race, plagued by a rear tire that looked an awful lot like a bar of soap.

The alert was given on the warm-up lap but Andrea Dovizioso, not having another one, had to resort to using it in the race.

Analyzes are underway at Michelin to determine the origin of the problem which led the driver of the #4 Ducati to end his ordeal 41 seconds behind Valentino Rossi. We are talking about a pressure that is too low and has not increased as it usually does.

Andrea Dovizioso, 7nd: ”I'm obviously not happy with today's result. During the race I felt that something was wrong with the rear tire and, together with Michelin, we will analyze precisely what happened. I could feel the lack of grip from the warm-up lap and, from a certain point, the degradation of the rear tire became too significant and made it impossible for me to continue in these conditions. Anyway, in Barcelona our bike was not as competitive as at other tracks and now it is important to understand what went wrong in order to improve the points we suffer from.”
