Author of a start to the season below his expectations, Fabio Quartararo seemed to have found solutions at Le Mans.

Having come close to the podium at Mugello, the Catalan Grand Prix was an opportunity for him to confirm his current good form.
And yet, it’s disappointing that he left the Catalan circuit…

Out of the Top 10 after the first two days, the Leopard driver started in twelfth position on the starting grid.
The start of the race was not going to help him: “It was difficult because I didn't get a good start and I was taken out in the first corner, I found myself twentieth…”

From then on, it was difficult to claim a place in the top 10. This was without counting on the determination of the Niçois who emerged victorious from the chasing group. When his opponents made mistakes, he stayed on his wheels and finished the race in seventh position.

“I had fun during the race, but the front group was really fast today. We need to analyze the data and make progress on different points, particularly for Assen which is one of my favorite circuits. »

The appointment is therefore made for the tricolor which now occupies tenth position in the general ranking.
