Last year, around the same time, Tamiya unveiled the 2020 Suzuki GSX-RR in its classic version, that is to say a 1/12 plastic model.

As usual for the Japanese brand, the product is very faithful but has a prohibitive disadvantage for some: You have to assemble it yourself, which is not necessarily to everyone's taste or reach!

Tamiya therefore offers the one that we will unfortunately no longer see on the circuits in a version already assembled by its own employees. This is the guarantee of impeccable assembly and painting work, but the price jumps accordingly, going from the equivalent of around thirty euros in Japan to 135 euros! In France, it's 56 euros for the bike to be assembled, so we can expect around 250 euros for the fully assembled Hamamatsu beast...

Curiously, it is not the world champion machine, but only that of Alex Rins, which has a few different little details.
