When first session qualifier, Steven Odendaal (Kalex AGR) presented his new CEV 2017 title with dignity with the best time in 1'44.194, 0.1 seconds ahead Tetsuta nagashima (Kalex Ajo) and 0.3 ahead Alan Techer (NTS NTS) and Eric Granado (Kalex Promoracing). We therefore found the top four in the Championship in the lead.

Louis Rossi, who is riding this weekend in the Griful team, was nineteenth, Thibaut Gourin twenty-second (Yamaha Race Experience, second in the Superstock 600) and William Raymond (FTR Berga) twenty-sixth.

The afternoon, as is often the case on Spanish circuits, a warmer track led to slower times, but with the same overall hierarchy as this morning: Odendaal ahead of Nagashima.

However, we will note the improvements in the provisional hierarchy of Dimas Ekky (Kalex Astra) andAugusto Fernandez (Tech3 Targobank). Likewise, we will be attentive to Iker Lecuona who, although he will start 12th on the grid, achieved 8th this afternoon.
