RULES OF THE COMPETITION “2 Super VIP Tech3 passes for Misano 2023”

Article 1: Organization
The SARL Media Service with capital of €1000, hereinafter referred to as “The Organizer”, whose head office is located at 350 Chemin de Larrebidea, 64200 Arcangues, registered under the Bayonne RCS number 818 786 337, is organizing a free game with no obligation to purchase from Wednesday August 9, 2023 at 09:00 a.m. to Tuesday August 22 at 23:00 p.m.
Article 2: Participants
This free game with no obligation to purchase is exclusively open to adults, people registered on the Paddock-GP.com site, residing in mainland France (including Corsica) and overseas territories, or any other country.
Excluded from the game are people who do not meet the conditions above, as well as members of the staff of “The organizer”, and any person who has directly or indirectly participated in the design, production or management of the game as well as as their spouse and members of their families: direct ascendants and descendants or other relatives living or not under their roof.
“The organizer” reserves the right to ask any participant to justify the conditions set out above.
Any person not meeting these conditions or refusing to justify them will be excluded from the game and will not be able, in the event of a win, to benefit from their prize.

The Competition is reserved for people who register free of charge on the Paddock-GP.com website.
They must correctly answer the question asked to participate in the draw.
The participant must completely and correctly complete the information form for their registration to be validated. The player is informed and accepts that the information entered in the registration form constitutes proof of his identity.
Any participation made contrary to the provisions of these rules will render the participation invalid. Any participant suspected of fraud may be excluded from the competition by “The Organizer” without the latter having to justify it. Any incomplete, erroneous or illegible identification or participation, whether intentionally or not, or made in a form other than that provided for in these regulations will be considered void. Article 4: Gain
The prize at stake is:
– 2 passes giving access to the Gran Premio Red Bull di San Marino e della Riviera di Rimini MotoGP paddock and Tech3 hospitality.
– Lot value: not commercially available.

The value of the prizes is determined at the time of writing these regulations and cannot be disputed as to its evaluation.
All costs incurred after the game, in particular for the maintenance and use of this prize, are entirely the responsibility of the winner.

Article 5: Designation of winners
At the end of the competition, the draw will be made on Wednesday August 23. The announcement will be made in the following hours or days.
Condition(s) of participation in the draw:
People registered on the site http://ww.paddock-gp.com who have correctly answered the question asked will participate in the draws. Failing this, the person(s) who gave the closest answer will be considered the winner.

Article 6: Announcement of the winner(s)
The winner will be informed by e-mail to the address indicated when registering for the competition.

Article 7: Delivery of the prize(s)
The lots will be sent by the partners concerned. The prizes will remain available to the winners for a period of one month. After this date, they will no longer be able to claim it. The reproduction, representation or exploitation of all or part of the elements making up the game is strictly prohibited.
All brands, logos, texts, images, videos and other distinctive signs reproduced on the site as well as on the sites to which it allows access via hypertext links, are the exclusive property of their owners and are protected as such by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code for the entire world. Article 11: Liability
The responsibility of “The organizer” cannot be incurred in the event of force majeure or fortuitous events beyond its control.

Article 12: Dispute & Complaint
These rules are governed by French law.
“The organizer” reserves the right to resolve without appeal any difficulty that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of these regulations, it being understood that no dispute will be admitted in particular on the terms of the game, on the results , on the winnings or their receipt, one month after the end of the game. By express agreement between the participant and “The Organizer”, the computer systems and files of “The Organizer” will be sole authentic.
The computerized records, kept in the computer systems of “The Organizer”, under reasonable conditions of security and reliability, are considered as proof of the relationships and communications between “The Organizer” and the participant.
It is therefore agreed that, barring manifest error, "The organizer" may rely, in particular for the purposes of proof of any act, fact or omission, of programs, data, files, recordings, operations and other elements (such as monitoring reports or other reports) of a nature or in computer or electronic format or support, established, received or stored directly or indirectly by “The Organizer”, in particular in its computer systems.
