For the first time since Jerez, on July 25, Marc Márquez returned to the MotoGP paddock to make up for lost time with the Repsol Honda team and update them on the status of his recovery.

After completing his PCR test, the eight-time world champion was eager to return to see his team after such a long separation. With a smile on his face, Marquez was back in his element, as he enjoyed reconnecting with HRC management and seeing his RC213V Repsol Honda again.

There were of course obligations to meet, as the world's media were eager to know more about him after his recently published interview. After a brief but pleasant visit, Marc Marquez returned home to Cervera to continue his recovery.

Marc Márquez : " It was great to come back to the MotoGP paddock, and see my team and HRC again. Of course we spoke on the phone, but I missed them a lot and it was great to see them again, but also to see my bike again! There was a part of me that definitely wanted to ride again, especially after sitting on the bike, but now is the time to be patient. It was good to come here to talk not only with the team but also with Honda, as we start to put together a plan for 2021. I would love to ride here at my home race this weekend, but I'm going to take enjoy watching it on television. »
