On September 23 and 24, the final stage of the French Superbike Championship, organized by MC Albi under the aegis of the FFM, marks the culmination of a season full of great prospects for French riders. Before the off-season “Mercato”, the cream of French speed experts are showing up one last time on the Albi Circuit!

SUPERBIKE: SHOW GUARANTEED FOR THE LAST!

Since his coronation on the Circuit Carole, Kenny FORAY (BMW Tecmas) attacks the final stage of the French Superbike Championship with serenity! Winner twice in 2016 on the Albi Circuit, the member driver of Team BMW Tecmas will however be difficult to dislodge, even for David PERRET (Yamaha) or Axel MAURIN (Yamaha), two fierce challengers looking for points to complete the end-of-season podium.

David CHECA (Yamaha), also responds to the call of the Albigensian asphalt, the 2016 Champion is ready to do battle during this final battle alongside Etienne MASSON (Suzuki LMS), Mathieu GINES (Kawasaki SRC) or David MUSCAT (Ducati) which stood out on the podium in 2016!

Matthieu LAGRIVE (Kawasaki) was also in the Top 3, can he do the same this year?

On the Superbike Challenger side, Morgan BERCHET (Kawasaki SRC), crowned with his title since the Parisian stage, risks coming to play tough among the Superbike pilots! However, watch out for Gabriel PONS (Kawasaki), Robin CAMUS (Suzuki LMS) and Maxime BONNOT (BMW Tecmas), the 3 drivers have shown themselves to be particularly incisive during the last races, everything suggests that they will show their last cards in Albi. Baptiste GUITTET (Suzuki LMS), for his part, will fight to maintain 3rd place overall.

To note, Hugo CLERE (Yamaha) had achieved a 4th and a 6th place during his “freelance” in Superbike last year. Following this performance, it is likely that the rider from Team Yamaha Moto Ain will be able to create a surprise.

SUPERSPORT – PIRELLI 600 TROPHY: TANGRE AND BULLE ANNOUNCE THE 2017 CLIMAX!

The latest performances of Cédric TANGRE (Suzuki) demonstrate that it is capable of winning the title this season. To repeat the feat he achieved in 2015, the driver of the No. 2 Suzuki will have to resist Louis BULLE (Yamaha), its eternal rival. Everything is still possible for each of the two men, which of BULLE's orange helmet or TANGRE's pink and blue motorcycle will score the most points on September 24?

At the same time, a real three-way match between Stéphane FROSSARD (Yamaha), Guillaume ANTIGA (Yamaha) and Clement STOLL (Triumph), takes place for 3rd place in the ranking. Other philharmonic elements of the orchestra composed by the Supersport pilots, Maximilien BAU (Yamaha), Hugo CASADESUS (Honda), Sébastien FRAGA (Yamaha) and Félix PERON (Yamaha) complete the mechanical symphony with their talent.

In the Pirelli 600 Trophy, Guillaume RAYMOND (Yamaha) plays the soloist after winning the title on the Circuit Carole, a notable detail which allows him to compete with the Supersport drivers with a free mind! The driver of the Yamaha n°127 thus leaves Clément GRANZOTTO (Yamaha), Charles CORTOT (Yamaha) and Gino DE LA ROSA (Triumph), in the fight for 2nd place on the podium of the season.

Facing the favorites, stand Pierre SAMBARDIER (Kawasaki), Tanguy ZAEPFEL (Yamaha), Maxim PELIZOTTI (Yamaha), Dylan MILLE (Yamaha) and Gaëtan MATERN (Kawasaki), so many formidable challengers, ready to make the show!

GRAND PRIX OBJECTIVE – PRE MOTO3: LAST TWO CHANCES FOR THE CHAMPION SEEDS.

The suspense remains intact in Pre Moto 3! Joris INGIULLA (Beon Factory) and Hugo CHAPON (MIR), separated by only 7 points, will undoubtedly offer a no-holds-barred battle for the title. The recent good performances of Line VIELLARD (NSF Yamaha) have made the young lady a serious contender for 3rd place in the ranking. The latter is currently occupied by Charles AUBRIE (Over Yamaha) who has not yet said his last word!

Guillaume JUCHA (Moriwaki), whom the paddock occasionally sees among the front rows, also joins the end-of-year festivities.

SIDE-CAR: SIX WHEELS AND TWO CHALLENGERS FOR THE TITLE

Will DELANNOY / ROUSSEAU's comfortable lead be enough for Side No. 1 to add a new title to its list of achievements? MOREAU / GADET, determined, will try to answer in the negative! Concentration is essential for Side n°51 who must also be wary of WYSSEN / LAVOREL and LEGLISE / OLLIGER, two opponents capable of prowess and podiums!

The 600cc complete the table of “3 wheels” in the French Superbike Championship with GUIGNARD / POUX at the top of the list, seconded by BARBIER / CROCHEMORE. With 107 points, the 100% female crew LEBLOND / FARNIER currently occupies 3rd place, a little would be enough for HICKS / SALMON (106 points) to get on the 2017 podium… come what may in Albigensian soil!
