HJC Helmets is pleased to announce that it will sponsor Andrea IANNONE, Moto GP rider in 2018 and 2019.

HJC asked him to test his new helmet. Andrea IANNONE is not an ordinary driver. His wild but relaxed charisma made HJC Helmets want to start this new season with him.

In 2015 and 2016 IANNONE found himself on the Moto GP podium numerous times with the DUCATI Team and last year he started on a new SUZUKI ECSTAR Team bike. In 2018 he will race his second year on a SUZUKI with more experience. HJC expects to see Andrea IANNONE on several podiums in the coming seasons.

The Italian driver will wear a new HJC helmet currently in development, specially designed for racing and based on the RPHA 11. The HJC R&D team developed this helmet in the wind tunnel to best adjust its aerodynamics and the field of vision has been increased to optimize the visibility of the pilot in the gear search position.

HJC Helmets and Andrea IANNONE are already preparing a Replica with the best Italian designers so that bikers around the world can wear the No. 29 on their RPHA 11! You can be sure that this decoration will be impressive. Andrea inspires a cool trend when everyone imagines a badass biker. It will therefore wear a very special decoration which will have millions of fans for use on the road.

IANNONE earned the nickname “The Maniac Joe” for his unpredictable driving style but HJC only sees his raw talent and a rage to win. Fans don't know what IANNONE will do on the Moto GP track, that's what brings the excitement to the sport.

“I am very happy to join the HJC family this year. HJC has a tradition of quality and performance in helmets. With its numerous title sponsors in Moto GP and numerous riders around the world, HJC is a brand of choice for Moto GP. I am happy to be one of its ambassadors and look forward to a long-term commitment” – Andrea IANNONE.
HJC is looking forward to fighting at full throttle in 2018 with its new driver! In addition to Andrea IANNONE, HJC supported 2017 USA Super Sport Championship champion Garrett Gerloff,
2017 USA Super Bike Championship champion Toni Elias, 2015 world champion Danny Kent, Moto GP riders Mika Kallio and Jonas Folger but also the ambassador of the
brand, Ben Spies.
