Last Sunday, on the Brno circuit, Andrea Iannone's Suzuki wasn't the only one to hit something during the bike changes that took place a few laps after the start of the MotoGP race.
Loris Baz he himself spoke about it in his Press release : « On the way back, I dropped the bike on my mechanic due to the limited space in Brno on the pit lane. »
These are obviously things that can happen when a dozen motorcycles rush into the pit lane and when every second counts. This had already happened last year in Argentina with Álvaro Bautista (see video here) and perhaps one day we will need to review this procedure regarding flag to flag races…
