Arriving in Czech Republic, the first four in the championship were held within ten points. After this Brno deadline, the quartet stretched into 22 units. This is for the greatest benefit of Marc Márquez who is giving himself some fresh air without yet taking off. But the blow to the morale of his adversaries has been dealt.

Especially since during the first two rounds of this event in Brno, Márquez seemed promised to be the big loser of this tenth meeting of the season. In fact, he drew from his immediate difficulties the strength to bounce back, to try slick tires very early on, a choice imposed by circumstances which was ultimately the recipe for a triumph.

With 154 points Marc Márquez therefore leads the title race with 14 points ahead of Casa Particular in Viñales, 21 on Dovizioso and 22 on Red. Second in this Czech race, Pedrosa is at 31 points. The latter therefore sticks back to the group of contenders.

Un Dani Pedrosa which now has a total of 150 podiums. He became the third driver in history to reach such a figure, after Giacomo Agostini (159) et Valentino Rossi (225)

Next meeting, starting next weekend, in Austria, with the next program !
