Livio Loi trained yesterday on the Assen circuit in preparation for the next Grand Prix which will be held there, for the first time in its history, on Sunday.

An all in all ordinary session for a Grand Prix driver (Garage Plus and CarXpert were running today in Valencia), and which we would probably not have reported on, if it had not been placed under the sign of the 'emotion.

In fact, the team RW Racing GP brought the Aprilia 125cc with which Luis Salom obtained his first podium, finishing second in the 2011 Dutch TT behind a certain Maverick Vinales. Here we include three photos from this race…
One way not to forget...

Before flying to Palma de Mallorca for a final commemoration of the late Spanish driver in the company of Roelof Waninge, the owner of the team, the team eat Jarno Janssen summarized this session: “We had a good day of work preparing for our home race, completing 70 laps without any problems. The times were good. They weren't perfect though because it's very difficult to do fast laps when you're driving on a deserted track, without any reference.”

Livio Loi will represent the RW Racing GP team at the TT Assen pre-event press conference.
