How cruel it is, this discipline of Endurance which requires aligning all the planets for 24 hours, but which can turn into disaster at any second!

This is exactly what happened at the first corner of the Bugatti circuit in Le Mans where the 24 Heures Motos takes place, when the Honda world champion of Josh Hook came to rely on the Suzuki driven by Gregg Black started in pole position.

We can imagine the disappointment of the Yoshimura SERT Motul team who were trying to obtain a 3rd consecutive victory, at the cost of the efforts of around thirty people for several weeks!

There were then 23 hours and 59 minutes remaining…

Despite the very spectacular damage suffered by the red and black GSX-R, it was able to leave after Greg Black brought her back to her box.
27 minutes lost and a restart just before the safety car intervened on the track, following an oil leak from a competitor which led to a great rodeo of the leaders...
So is Endurance.
