The FCC TSR Honda France wins the 46th edition!

Contested in cool weather but in front of full stands, the 46th edition of the 24 Heures Motos kept all its promises after a particularly trying race for the drivers and full of twists and turns. The FCC TSR Honda France is launching its year perfectly and will try to retain its world title at the end of the season.

This 46th edition of the 24 Heures Motos, marked by a attendance of 77 spectators (best attendance since the 200 edition), saw the #1 Honda of FCC TSR Honda France triumph. Installed in the lead since the seventh hour of the race, the bike driven by Josh Hook, Mike Di Meglio and Alan Techer perfectly controlled its race and was not worried throughout the second part of the event.

The start of the race was eventful, from the first turns, including the fall of the defending champion and favorite. On a dry but fresh track, Gregg Black was surprised at the Dunlop, jeopardizing the chances of victory for the #12 Suzuki. Returning to the pits already four laps behind, she emerged with 13 more, after spectacularly rapid work by the Yoshimura SERT Motul mechanics. Returning to the track, the crew of the Japanese machine began an incredible comeback to finally finish in 7th place.

On the second step of the podium, the Yamaha #7 YART tried everything but could do nothing against the consistency of the Honda. A morning fall put an end to his hopes. Fighting with the #37 BMW of the BMW Motorrad World Endurance Team, which finished on the third step of the podium, the Austrian team will be content with the precious points collected for the FIM EWC Endurance World Championship.
