Start of the race on Saturday April 18 at 15 p.m., Bugatti Circuit, Le Mans.

While the list of motorcycles invited to the 24 Hours Motorcycles has just been revealed, during a press conference held at the Eurosport premises, the Automobile Club of the West also revealed the identity of the starter: Alessandra Sublet will start this 43rd edition!

Host and producer, Alessandra Sublet is also a long-time motorcycle enthusiast.
Last April, the original Lyonnaise had even lived an exceptional experience : at the invitation of the ACO, Alessandra Sublet was able to taste the joys of speed on the Bugatti Circuit during a baptism carried out behind an experienced pilot, Damien Saulnier, on a two-seater Suzuki GSX-R 1000.

Alessandra Sublet“I am proud both as a passionate biker and for all the competitors who take this race very seriously. The 24 Heures Motos is an extraordinary event that deserves greater exposure. It is one of the rare sporting exploits where the human and physical challenges are significant. I am very proud to be able to carry this event. »

Pierre Fillon, president of the Automobile Club de l’Ouest: “The 24 Heures Motos embodies the history and modernity of this discipline, and of this mobility too. At the ACO, we have always wanted to salute and celebrate the motorcycle community, as a whole and its diversity. The presence of Alessandra Sublet, as Official Starter of the 24 Heures Motos, bears witness to this. We are particularly proud and happy of her arrival and the official role she agreed to play for our event. She will be the starter for all our drivers, professionals, amateurs, experienced or rookies, all united by a passion, motorcycling, an extremely important discipline on our Le Mans circuits. »

See you on Saturday April 18 at 15 p.m. to start the race!
