Randy De Puniet this morning and here it is now Alexis Masbou for the afternoon. The World Endurance Championship is full of Grand Prix drivers this season, a terrain that our French champions will want to transform into a garden!

In 2016, Alexis Masbou and the Moto Ain team had decided to link their destiny on the occasion of the 80th Bol d'Or, first round of the World Endurance Championship. This collaboration resulted in total success, since, in the company of Hugo Clere and Johan Nigon, the Albigensian won in the Superstock category, riding the Yamaha R1.

This victory will not go unnoticed since Alexis Masbou has just signed a contract linking him to the Moto Ain team to participate in the entire Endurance World Championship and thus defend their world title objectives.

Excellent news for Alexis Masbou who is tackling this new challenge with all the determination he is known for.

« It's now official, I will be a driver in the World Endurance Championship for the 2017 season with the Moto-Ain team » announces the former double winner in Moto3. “ We have already shared the enormous joy of winning a 24-hour race together and we will continue to work hard to experience many more moments of happiness this year! I look forward to seeing many of you at the 24 Hours of Le Mans! »

« It's really a great opportunity that Moto Ain has just offered me since after the excellent result at the Bol, I wanted to continue my learning in Endurance and on the Yamaha R1. We have the opportunity to fight for the title in the Superstock category and that gives me a lot of motivation.

I approach this challenge with great enthusiasm and we will put all our energy into this fight for the ultimate reward. ».
