The Oschersleben 8 Hours race had barely started around ten minutes ago, and was already offering us a splendid spectacle with a daggers-drawn fight between the Honda number 111, the Suzuki number 2 and the Kawasaki number 1, when during a skirmish between Yonny Hernández and Gregg Black, a small contact between the two men caused the SERT pilot to fall to the ground.
Once set off again, the most French of the British drivers remained on the track and returned to the race in 32nd position.
