Finally, the scriptwriter of the 24 Heures Motos decided to brush aside the first 23 hours to offer us a finale of very high intensity, bringing together the first two machines behind the safety car for a final run of 10 minutes that awarded a victory ruthless.

You already know the result: Kawasaki #11 driven by Jeremy Guarnoni made short work of the Honda #111 driven by Yonny Hernandez, to win with a one-minute lead, mainly made up during a final refueling of the Honda Endurance Racing machine.

This well-deserved victory crowns a race without the slightest fault from the Team SRC Kawasaki France motorcycle ridden by Jeremy Guarnoni, David Checa et Erwan Nigon.

A very big congratulations to them, therefore!

However, one cannot help but wonder what the final outcome would have been, if Randy de Puniet had not lost almost half a minute during a crash, or if the Honda Endurance Racing team had not lost 2 laps while repairing the electrical harness which prevented the headlights from working...

There is no question of repeating the race with "SI", but simply of thinking with heartbreak about what must be going through currently Randy de Puniet, who was both the fastest driver in these 24 hours and who spared no effort, going almost to the point of exhaustion by overtaking as many stints as possible.

Great respect and congratulations to all these riders, on the podium or not, who once again faced this event which pushes men and motorcycles to their limits!
