After his thunderous arrival last year, it seems obvious that two places of 13th cannot satisfy Fabio Quartararo at the start of the season.

Failing responsibility for this, where can we look for an embryonic explanation? In the motorbike? At the pilot's?

The least enthusiast knows that the answer is not there.
Running at this level requires perfect osmosis between the two, and the slightest imperfection in one or the other is immediately paid for in cash.

The Leopard team and the French driver therefore continue their work to aim for this perfection which alone will allow our representative to come and win.

Christian Lundberg: “we would have liked to have had a completely dry race but, unfortunately, that was not the case. Overall we found some significant improvements as we were among the most competitive KTMs in the race. We now have some ideas on what we can do, regarding our settings, for the future.
Mir and Locatelli both showed their progress while Quartararo seemed to have found the key in qualifying but didn't feel comfortable with his bike in the race. We plan to make some changes for the next Grand Prix to improve its agility while achieving better braking stability. We are happy to have brought two of our three words into the Top 5 at the finish, but that should not make us believe that we are good. It's almost the opposite, we always have to work more. We hope that we will have the opportunity to improve our bikes in Austin, without being further disrupted by the weather, and that we will be able to find settings that will allow our three riders to express their full potential.”

Last year, Fabio Quartararo finished 2nd in Austin, after a 7th place in Qatar.
