It is customary to say that Spain and Italy are the two driving forces of the international speed motorcycling competition that is the Grands Prix, and this is generally true even if France currently allows itself the luxury of fielding two champions in MotoGP.
But the next generation is not rushing to the gate in the face of the countless Iberian and transalpine pilots who are showing their teeth, and to try to remedy this, the FFM is making great efforts to restructure and simplify access routes while helping the young hopes of tomorrow. From certified schools to approved karting circuits, including wildcards and sponsored collectives, there are countless initiatives all going in the same direction: simplifying access for as many people as possible and then helping budding talents.
It could even be that an initiative not yet publicized will allow young French pilots to seize an opportunity still absent in Spain and Italy.
