The French Motorcycling Federation organized on August 3 and 4, as part of the Speed Network, the 4th and last of the courses planned for the 2021 season with the new Collectives Espoir, on the Ile-de-France circuit.

There were therefore 14 drivers, 7 for the OGP Collective and 6 for the 25 POWER Collective, also accompanied by Clément Giabbani, French Team driver.

Under the direction of Alain Bronec, sports manager of the Speed Line, the schedule alternated sports training, briefing and piloting. The work focused on the progress of everyone within the group.

The weather and track conditions were changeable, which allowed the drivers to work on different types of grip and required a great sense of adaptation.

The coaches of each collective in the Speed sector were able to see a great development for the drivers who continued the competitions and were able to apply what they had learned during the last groupings. They shared their feelings and evolved together in a spirit of competition and challenge.

Present during this gathering, the President of the FFM Sébastien Poirier and the National Technical Director Caroline Castillo visited the young drivers and were able to follow them working on the track and briefing with their coaches.

Sébastien Poirier, President of the FFM: “It is with satisfaction that the courses organized for our new Collectives are already bearing fruit with young pilots aged 8 to 16 who we support and who we clearly see progressing. This fits perfectly into our high level program aimed at supporting our best hopes. »

Alexis Masbou, OGP Collective Coach – French FFM Team : “The regrouping carried out at Carole was a good course for 2021. Like all the courses we had this year, several weather conditions followed one another, which allowed us to ride in the wet then in the dry for a day and a half and we worked on different steering points. We thus discussed several technical points on the approach to the race and test weekends. If we look back and take stock of the 4 courses, we see that the progress between the first and last course is enormous. It's a good thing, the atmosphere in the group was very good, all the drivers worked well and there was good competition between them. The drivers were very close and fought well in the challenges at the end of the course. »

Jean-Dominique Brechon, 25POWER FFM Collective Trainer: “Returning from these 2 days of collective in Carole, we benefited from rather mild conditions both in terms of weather and also on the track conducive to working on very important technical points for the 25 POWER collective. Progress was constant over the 2 days, the drivers did not spare themselves and did a large number of laps while applying the instructions that we were able to give them. Most of the drivers have not yet finished their championship, so everything they have seen within the collective should allow them to finish the season progressing and improving their results. »
