Moto2 Race 1:
When the red lights go out, the poleman Edgar Pons (Kalex, Baiko Racing Team) leaves everyone behind and goes through the first corner far in front Hector Garzo (Tech3, CNS Motorsport) started very well from the 2nd row.

Since then, Edgar Pons continues until the finish line and the fight for 2nd place is won by Hector Garzo before Yari Montella.

Moto2 Race 2:
During the second Moto2™ race, Edgar Pons dealt another decisive blow to his rivals by scoring his second victory of the day, the third in a row, once again crossing the finish line alone in front Niki Tuuli et Alessandro Zaccone.
The category leader repeated the scenario of the first race, escaping in front Niki Tuuli followed byHector Garzo further back.
With 11 laps to go, Hector Garzo Doubled Niki Tuuli, but three turns later, Yari Montella fell when braking, causing Héctor Garzó on the ground with him.
Edgar Pons wins solo victory with a 9-second lead, Niki Tuuli comes second and Alessandro Zaccone third. However, the latter was penalized for exceeding the limits of the track and Tommaso Marcon (Speed Up, Team Ciatti), who finished fourth, becomes the third driver on the podium.
Edgar Pons leaves the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya with an even stronger hold on the Moto2™ European Championship.
