Qualified in 5th position on the starting grid for this 2nd round of the Moto3 CEV junior world championship, Sergio García (Honda, Estrella Galicia 0,0) made an excellent start behind Celestino Vietti (KTM, SKY VR46) before inexorably escaping in front of a quartet made up of Aleix Viu (Honda, Marinelli Sniper), Jeremy Alcoba (Honda, Estrella Galicia 0,0), Raul Fernandez (KTM, Angel Nieto Team) and Yuki Kunii (Honda, Asia Talent Team), while Celestino Vietti fell on the 11th lap.

Unfortunately, during the 2nd race which saw a great start from Dog Öncü (KTM, Red Bull Ajo), the young Spanish rider was the victim of a rollover from his Honda on the first lap and remained lying in the middle of the track after being rolled (on his legs?), which immediately resulted in a red flag. He was then transported to the medical center as the race restarted for a 12-lap rush. We have no further information on his condition at the time of publication.

Raul fernandez (KTM, Angel Nieto Team) managed to follow the duo made up of Alex Viu (Honda, Marinelli Sniper) and Celestino Vietti (KTM, SKY VR46) while the peloton was led by Jeremy Alcove (Honda, Estrella Galicia 0,0), Yuki Kunii (Honda, Asia Talent Team) and Manuel Pagliani (Honda, Leopard Racing).

4 laps from the checkered flag, Celestino Vietti et Alex Viu lost the front together, in exactly the same place but without there being the slightest link between the 2 falls.

This offered a royal road to Raul Fernandez who took victory ahead of Manuel Pagliani and Ai Ogura (Honda, Asia Talent Team).

In the championship, Raul fernandez makes a good deal in front Manuel Pagliani, located 10 points behind. Conversely, if Alex Viu minimizes damage with 20 points from the first race, Celestine Vietti, although very efficient, has still not scored any.

White result also for Jason Dupasquier (CarXpert-KTM-H43), which drops to 16th place in the general classification.
