No less than 47 riders took part in Moto3 qualifying for the Catalan round of the FIM CEV Repsol Junior World Championship.

As is often the case on the Barcelona-Catalunya circuit, the surface lost its grip as the temperature rose throughout the day, and it was therefore this morning that the best times were achieved.

Among the first eight are three Japanese and five Spaniards and it is the first cities who were the fastest by seizing the first two positions on the starting grid, Kasuzki Masaki before Ai Ogura. Both, as well as Yuki Kunii who will start from sixth position, defend the colors of the Asia Talent Team.
Note that the poleman's time, 1'54.062, would have placed him 6th on the starting grid for the Grand Prix.

On the French-speaking side, you have to go to 28th row to find Andy Verdoïa on his KTM, while his teammate, the Swiss Jason dupasquier will start 37th.

Finally, further but nevertheless satisfied to have qualified in the 107%, Clement Rougé et Lyvann Luchel will start 43th and 44th.

The races will be visible on Sunday on the Eurosport Player or on the channel Dedicated YouTube at the following times:
