Diving into the lead on the inside at the very last corner, Masia managed to win at Valencia ahead of Dennis Foggia, Vicente Perez, Alonso Lopez, Aaron Polanco, Kazuki Masaki and Sergio Garcia.
Behind Dennis Foggia, already titled Junior World Champion, the fight was very close for second position between Jeremy Alcoba who had 106 points, Vicente Perez who had 105, Alonso Lopez with 102, Jaume Masia with 101 and Kazuki Masaki with 99.
Jaume Masía (Cuna de Campeones) started from pole position after the 12-place penalty imposed on Alonso López (Junior Team Estrella Galicia 0.0) as well as five other drivers penalized for driving slowly in more than five sectors of the circuit.
Jeremy Alcoba had the best start ahead of Jaume Masía and Dennis Foggia. Six drivers fell lightly in the middle of the pack, in three separate incidents, and the race was stopped at the red flag.
On the second start, Dennis Foggia started in the lead ahead of Jaume Masia, Aaron Polanco, Jeremy Alcoba and Vicente Perez. Masia then took command, while Jeremy Alcoba was eliminated by fall by Ieraci who fell right in front of him. Masia, Lopez, Foggia and Polanco slightly distanced Perez, Masaki and Garcia (Sergio, not to be confused with José and Marc).
A group of 7 drivers formed in the lead at mid-race with Lopez, Perez, Masia, Foggia, Polanco, Masaki and Garcia. Foggia took command ahead of Lopez and Perez. But Masia, Polanco, Garcia and Masaki still had every chance of victory.
The peloton of 7 leaders remained extremely compact until the very last laps. The jostling started two laps from the end for position. Foggia preceded Lopez, Perez, Masia, Polanco, Masaki and Garcia.
Dennis Foggia in the lead did not let himself be intimidated and he entered the lead on the last lap. But Jaume Masia dove inside at the final corner and won ahead of Dennis Foggia, Vicente Perez, Alonso Lopez, Aaron Polanco, Kazuki Masaki and Sergio Garcia.
