On Wednesday, you will not come across drivers, team managers or journalists in the paddock. Most arrive on Wednesday evening and go straight to their hotel to be ready for Thursday which is what we call press day.

On the village side, we are preparing to welcome you, whether for the concerts, the Monsters girls or the clothing sellers.

In the paddock, the hospitality is now nearing completion, but the most dramatic changes are now visible on the box side. Yesterday, the MotoGP teams took possession of it, but have not started to develop it (see our report here). This is the case this morning and, for that, we have to empty the trucks and put most of the equipment elsewhere. This “elsewhere” is located in the pit lane and, in this case, we are talking about motorcycles.

Covered directly after the Spanish Grand Prix and its tests at Jerez, or after the tests at Mugello for Ducati (see here), they must be completely dismantled, cleaned and overhauled. Of course, for MotoGP, this is not done with open curtains, unlike Moto2 and Moto3. However, seeing the stars of Sunday's party for the first time is one step closer to the big clash that is coming this weekend...

A step which actually turns into a stride when the motorbikes are uncovered so they can be mounted on the work tables!

At the end of the afternoon, a welcome shower refreshed the atmosphere and concluded the day.

We'll see you tomorrow, which is another day...
