The 2021 season is about to deliver its verdict for the first time on the Circuit du Pôle Mécanique d'Alès from September 10 to 12.

After 6 rounds, the title was only awarded in Supersport 600 and in 3 other categories the suspense remains intact.
MC Motors Events and the FFM will unveil the new French Superbike, Pré-Moto 3, Supersport 300 and Sidecar Champions during the final!

SUPERBIKE 1000: DEBISE VS GINES… IT WILL BE FOR ANOTHER TIME

For the first time this season, Valentin DEBISE (Kawasaki Twist Ring Racing – Dunlop) did not get on the podium during the last round. While the Championship leader was in difficulty on the Circuit Carole, Mathieu GINES (Yamaha Tech Solutions – Michelin) shone in Ile-de-France with a victory and a 2rd place. From now on, DEBISE is only 7 points ahead of GINES going into the last two races of the season. On the technical track of the Circuit d'Alès, the duel for the title would undoubtedly have been fascinating between these two men, but the Albigensian confirmed to us that he will not be able to defend his chances in the Gard, since he suffers from a fractured radius after being hit in the world championship at Magny-Cours ! We're talking about 6 weeks of recovery...
Under these conditions, the title should not escape Mathieu GINES.

After a mixed start to the season, Kenny FORAY (BMW Tecmas – Michelin) finally seems to have found his rhythm. Guaranteed to keep the 3rd place in the standings, the driver of the #78 BMW will also be one of the favorites for victory in Gard and will probably be keen to finish the season in style. Temporarily 4rd, Axel MAURIN (Yamaha CMS – Michelin) will try to maintain his rank. To do this, he will have to deal with Morgan BERCHET (Yamaha – Dunlop), revenge after two retirements and Alan TECHER (BMW Tecmas – Michelin) in great form since his return from injury.

The young Guillaume ANTIGA (Honda – Michelin) and Martin RENAUDIN (Yamaha Moto&GPAddict – Pirelli), back to back in the fight for the Challenger title, will cross swords for the title of their sub-category while remaining major threats for the favorites in Superbike.

The three experienced riders Grégory LEBLANC (Ducati TWR – Pirelli), Matthieu LUSSIANA (Yamaha – Michelin) and David MUSCAT (Yamaha – Dunlop) have never won a podium this season and will ride without pressure in Alès.

In Challenger, the title will therefore be played between ANTIGA and RENAUDIN separated by only 5 points! For the 3rd on the podium of the category, another duel will pit Alan AGOGUE (Yamaha – Michelin) against Valentin SUCHET (Suzuki – Bridgestone). Guillaume RAYMOND (Suzuki LMS – Michelin) could even join the battle…

SUPERSPORT 600: DEBISE ABSENT, THE HUNT IS ON…

Strong ofa French SSP600 Champion title already acquired, the anticipated absence of Valentin DEBISE (Kawasaki – Michelin) will allow the young guard of the Supersport 600 to take over from him on the highest step of the podium…

Starting with Ludovic CAUCHI (Yamaha – Pirelli) who, assured of keeping his 2rd place, will be freed from all pressure and will once again try to win. Matthieu GREGORIO (Yamaha – Michelin) and Tom BERCOT (Yamaha – Pirelli) will also play the leading roles to perhaps claim 3rd Championship place.

To complete the top 5, the candidates are Kilian AEBI (Suzuki – Pirelli) and Hugo CLERE (Yamaha – Pirelli). In addition, both drivers will undoubtedly have their say for the podiums in Alès.

In Challenger, the gaps are large between the members of the top 3. CAUCHI is guaranteed to keep 1st place in front of GREGORIO who remains under threat from BERCOT with only 27 points difference. For AEBI, the task seems extremely difficult but mathematically possible with a 47-point deficit.

GRAND PRIX OBJECTIVE – PRE-MOTO 3: TOTAL SUSPENSE BETWEEN ROMAN MIZERA AND BERCOT

In Pre-Moto 3, less than 15 points separate the leader from 3rd of the provisional classification. It is therefore with a slight advantage that Mattéo ROMAN (KTM RC4R) will start in Alès. Amaury MIZERA (Beon Yamaha) and Jules BERCOT (Beon Honda) will try everything to catch up with the rider of the machine marked with the number 13. The fight for the title should be thrilling between these three young talents.

For 4rd place, there is jostling between Mathis FARGIER (KTM RC4R), Rémy SANJUAN (KTM RC4R) who will give everything to get on the podium again.

SUPERSPORT 300: DA CUNHA UNDER PRESSURE FROM PONCET AND NEGRIER

Like the OGP category, a leading trio dominates the rankings before the final. Leader with 18 points ahead of Diego PONCET (Kawasaki – Pirelli) and Alexy NEGRIER (Yamaha – Pirelli) both tied, it is Florent DA CUNHA (Kawasaki – Pirelli) who leads the way at the start of the last step. The challenge will be significant for these three drivers with homogeneous levels who all dream of consecration.

Temporarily 4rd, after two complicated races at Carole, Alexis BOUDIN (Yamaha FT Racing Academy – Michelin) lost all chance of being champion. The rider of the #6 Kawasaki, however, demonstrated the extent of his talent and will be a favorite to win the race. For his part, the regular Adrien QUINET (Kawasaki – Pirelli) will try to enter the top 4 of the Championship.

Driving forces of the category, Anatole BEAUPÈRE (Kawasaki Moto&GPAddict – Pirelli), Gabin CAZARD (Yamaha – Pirelli) and Line VIEILLARD (Yamaha FT Racing Academy – Michelin) will also be present in Gard.

In Challenger, the title will be played between Fergus CHRETIENNOT (KTM – Pirelli) and Enzo DAHMANI (Kawasaki – Dunlop). For the 3rd place in the ranking, Lucas LINXE (Kawasaki – Pirelli) will have to be wary of the return to competition of Ludovic AMOURET (Kawasaki – Pirelli).

SIDE-CAR: CAN PEUGEOT / PEUGEOT COME BACK TO LEGLISE / LAVOREL?

Taking advantage of the misfortunes of PEUGEOT / PEUGEOT during the last stage, LEGLISE / LAVOREL took control of the Championship. With a comfortable lead of 35 points, LEGLISE / LAVOREL becomes the favorite for the title. But be careful... Ted and Vincent PEUGEOT could well be back and will undoubtedly show overwhelming motivation.

The outsiders in the category such as GUIGNARD / POUX, LUNEAU / BIDAULT and BARBIER / RIGONDEAU will also be there for the last stage of the season.

In the F2 category, the Gard public will find the leader CHANAL / LAVOREL who will try to secure their title of French Champion ahead of LEBLOND / DOUANE CHAZELLE and MOREL / MOREL assured of remaining on the podium.
