SIDECAR

RACE 1: LEGLISE / LAVOREL OPPORTUNIST

At the start, PEUGEOT / PEUGEOT retained the benefit of pole position despite the LEGLISE / LAVOREL threat.

After 2 laps, side n°74 already distances LEGLISE / LAVOREL. While the gap widens with the head of the race, PERILLAT / KOTCHAN, GUIGNARD / POUX and BARBIER / RIGONDEAU are in the fight for 3rd instead.

At mid-race, the game seems set for the first two places occupied by PEUGEOT / PEUGEOT and LEGLISE / LAVOREL but the chasing group is still in battle for 3rd rank and LUNEAU / BIDAULT joins the hostilities.

While a new victory is within reach, PEUGEOT / PEUGEOT hangs on with a latecomer at the Alpha corner. An unfortunate fact of racing for the Championship leader, forced to stop, he withdraws from the race.

Finally it is LEGLISE / LAVOREL who crosses the line in 1st position ! Resisting the attacks of his pursuers, BARBIER / RIGONDEAU manages to maintain 2rd place in front of LUNEAU / BIDAULT who completes the podium.

For its part, LE BAIL / LEVEAU finished at 4rd rank by taking advantage of the GUIGNARD / POUX spin at the end of the race. The latter only drops one place and still ranks 5rd.

In the F2 category, only two chassis cross the finish line: LEBLOND / CONIL, 11rd, and MOREL / MOREL, 12rd.
