RACE 1: GINES WINS IN FRONT OF THE BMW TECMAS TEAM

On a drying track, Kenny FORAY (BMW Tecmas – Michelin) got a perfect start and retained first position ahead of Mathieu GINES (Yamaha Tech Solutions – Michelin) and Valentin DEBISE (Kawasaki Twist Ring Racing – Dunlop) who already found himself under threat by David MUSCAT (Ducati – Michelin). In the peloton, Axel MAURIN (Yamaha CMS – Michelin) fell in the first turn and returned to the track in last position.

After 4 laps, the FORAY – GINES duo already has more than 3 seconds ahead of MUSCAT, 3rd following a successful battle over DEBISE. The latter is then relegated by Alan TECHER (BMW Tecmas – Michelin) who then attacks the rider of the No. 3 Ducati.

On the front side, the two former teammates continue their duel in front of Alan TECHER who loses company to the group of pursuers: David MUSCAT, Valentin DEBISE, Guillaume ANTIGA (Honda – Michelin) and Morgan BERCHET (Yamaha – Dunlop).

At mid-race, it was very close between MUSCAT and DEBISE who broke away from ANTIGA and BERCHET. In the process, the latter makes a mistake and gives up.

While FORAY and GINES fight, TECHER manages his race in 3rd place. MUSCAT also made a mistake while trying to stay in contact with DEBISE who increased the pace. For his part, Guillaume ANTIGA defends his 5th place against the return of Nicolas ESCUDIER (Yamaha Tech Solution – Michelin).

With 3 laps to go, the leader of the race is putting on a show! GINES brakes FORAY and immediately distances the driver of the #78 BMW.

Finally, Mathieu GINES will never be caught, the title holder offers himself a 2nd victory this season ahead of Kenny FORAY, 2nd. Glorious return for TECHER which climbs to the 3rd step of the podium. After a difficult start to the race, DEBISE still managed to take the points for 4th place ahead of Challenger ANTIGA. Great performance also from ESCUDIER who completes the top 6.

The following places are to the credit of Challenger drivers, Martin RENAUDIN (Yamaha Moto&GPAddict – Pirelli) ranks 7th ahead of Guillaume RAYMOND (Suzuki LMS – Michelin), 8th and Valentin SUCHET (Suzuki LMS – Pirelli), 9th.

ANTIGA therefore wins the young pilot category. RENAUDIN and RAYMOND accompany him on the podium.

RACE 2: FORAY TAKES HIS REVENGE

The premier category drivers attack the first corner at loggerheads!

While Mathieu GINES (Yamaha Tech Solutions – Michelin) resists attacks from BMW Tecmas riders Kenny FORAY and Alan TECHER, Valentin DEBISE (Kawasaki Twist Ring Racing – Dunlop) is forced to leave the track to avoid a collision in the heart of the peloton and falls in the ranking.

After 5 laps, a quadruple fall involving members of the top 10 Valentin SUCHET (Suzuki – Michelin), Morgan BERCHET (Yamaha – Dunlop), Alexis LAMIRE (Yamaha – Michelin) and Vincent GAUTHEREAU (Suzuki – Pirelli), led to the flag coming out red by the race direction.

The race then restarts for 16 laps and it is GINES who takes the holeshot while FORAY remains in his slipstream. Behind the two men, Alan TECHER and David MUSCAT (Ducati – Michelin) remain in contact.

After 5 laps, while he is in 5rd position and gives everything to get back into the lead, DEBISE falls at the Hotel corner. The rider of the #153 Kawasaki returns to the track and goes through the pit lane to come out 15rd.

With 6 laps to go, nothing is decided between the 4 leading men who are within a second. At 5rd rank, Nicolas ESCUDIER (Yamaha Tech Solution – Michelin) battles with Guillaume ANTIGA (Honda – Michelin).

The hierarchy does not change until the last laps where FORAY increases the pace and gets the better of GINES. The ranking remains unchanged at the finish line, the driver of the #78 BMW takes the victory ahead of GINES. TECHER confirms the 3rd place in front of MUSCAT and ESCUDIER.

ANTIGA, for its part, finished in 6thrd place and in the first row of Challenger pilots. Despite a last daring maneuver to try to recover the place of Guillaume ANTIGA, Axel MAURIN (Yamaha CMS – Michelin) finished in 7rd rank.

Martin RENAUDIN (Yamaha Moto&GPAddict – Pirelli) and Guillaume RAYMOND (Suzuki LMS – Michelin), 8rd and 9rd at the finish, complete the podium of the Challenger drivers.

Note, DEBISE finished the race at the bottom of the ranking and took the point of 15rd instead.

Combined with the two parts of the race, the ranking remains unchanged.

In the provisional ranking DEBISE remains leader with 254 points ahead of GINES which picks up with 247 points and FORAY, 172 points.

SUPERSPORT 600

RACE 1: DEBISE WINS THE RACE…AND THE CHAMPIONSHIP!

Author of pole position, Valentin DEBISE (Kawasaki – Michelin) made a successful start and quickly sheltered himself from the attacks of his pursuer Ludovic CAUCHI (Yamaha – Pirelli).

On the 4th lap, Damien MARMION (Yamaha – Pirelli) fell in the first turn, the race management stopped the hostilities with a red flag. Following this incident, the drivers set off again for 17 laps.

This time, the young CAUCHI gets the better of DEBISE and takes the lead. Despite everything, the leader of the Championship is very pressing in the wheel of CAUCHI. Behind, the Challengers Matthieu GREGORIO (Yamaha – Pirelli) and Tom BERCOT (Yamaha – Pirelli) are in the fight.

On the 5th lap, DEBISE brakes CAUCHI at the Hotel corner and takes control of the race. In the process, the rider of the Yamaha n°74 loses pace and is joined by GREGORIO and BERCOT while DEBISE escapes. Behind them, Kilian AEBI (Suzuki – Dunlop) is in 5th place, a comfortable distance from Cédric TANGRE (Yamaha – Michelin), 6th.

Finally, DEBISE easily won the combination of the two parts of the race and, subject to the machine being compliant, won the title of French Supersport 600 Champion: this is the first title of the 2021 season! CAUCHI took advantage of his good start to the race to take 2nd place in front of GREGORIO who completed the podium. AEBI takes advantage of BERCOT's 10 seconds of penalties for having exceeded the limits of the track and ranks 4th. The driver of the Yamaha no. 98 therefore finished 5th.

In Challenger, the same drivers are in the spotlight, CAUCHI climbs to the highest step of the podium completed by GREGORIO and AEBI. Penalized, BERCOT only ranks 4th in the category.

RACE 2: DEBISE STILL INTRAUSTABLE

Serene after obtaining the title, Valentin DEBISE (Kawasaki – Michelin) does not weaken. On the contrary, the Albigensian rider retained the benefit of pole position and completed the first lap almost a second ahead of Ludovic CAUCHI (Yamaha – Pirelli) in second place after starting from 2rd online.

Au 6rd turn, Valentin DEBISE continues to increase his lead while Ludovic CAUCHI takes Matthieu GREGORIO (Yamaha – Pirelli) in his wake. Behind, the public watches the battle between Cédric TANGRE (Yamaha – Michelin), Kilian AEBI (Suzuki – Dunlop) and Dylan MILLE (Yamaha – Pirelli).

9 laps from the finish, while DEBISE manages his effort, GREGORIO takes over CAUCHI and escapes at 2rd rank. For their part, TANGRE, AEBI and MILLE are still held within less than a second.

On arrival, DEBISE celebrates its 11rd victory of the season. Great performance from young GREGORIO: he gets on number 2rd podium completed by his friend and adversary CAUCHI. In the fight for 4rd place, AEBI shines ahead of TANGRE, 5rd and THOUSAND, 6rd.

In Challenger, GREGORIO and CAUCHI therefore rank 1er and 2rd ahead of AEBI who took a podium to end an encouraging weekend.

With 304 points DEBISE wins the French Supersport 600 Championship thanks to a sufficient lead over CAUCHI, also assured of remaining second with 213 points. GREGORIO provisionally completes the podium with 138 points.

GRAND PRIX OBJECTIVE- NSF 250

RACE 1: NEW VICTORY FOR MIZERA

At the start of the race, Yannis RAINGARD (Beon Yamaha) and Amaury MIZERA (Beon Yamaha) showed themselves to be the most enterprising, the two riders escaped. Mattéo ROMAN (KTM RC4R) tries to stay in contact with the two leaders but quickly sees them disappear.

As the race progresses, RAINGARD and MIZERA remain neck and neck and compete for the lead while the peloton fades away... For his part, Mattéo ROMAN is still in 3rd place more than 5 seconds ahead of Jules BERCOT (Beon Honda), 4th.

With 5 laps to go, RAINGARD fell in the Delta corner. His machine remaining lying on the track, the race management displays the red flag and ends the race. MIZERA therefore wins in front of ROMAN and BERCOT who seizes the opportunity to get on the box. Discreet throughout the 15 laps, Rémy SANJUAN (KTM RC4R) finished just off the podium.

In NSF 250, the public finds Evan BOXEBERGER (Honda), 5th overall and the only driver classified in his category following the retirements of his opponents.

From 2nd place, Diego PONCET (Kawasaki – Pirelli) takes off the best but Anatole BEAUPÈRE (Kawasaki Moto&GP Addict – Pirelli) and Alexis BOUDIN (Yamaha FT Racing Academy – Michelin) respond immediately. After 3 laps, it is BOUDIN who is in the lead ahead of BEAUPERE and PONCET.

As the laps go by, Alexis BOUDIN increases the pace but his opponents do not give him any ground. After a mixed start from 3rd place, Championship leader Florent DA CUNHA (Kawasaki – Pirelli) manages to move up to second place ahead of Anatole BEAUPÈRE. Diego PONCET, for his part, fell in the ranking to 5th place behind Alexy NEGRIER (Yamaha – Pirelli).

On their 9th lap, the leaders BOUDIN and BEAUPERE hang on in the Golf bend! The two drivers fell and left the benefit of first position to DA CUNHA who took PONCET and NEGRIER in his wake. For his part, Adrien QUINET (Kawasaki – Pirelli) is isolated in 4th place, more than 10 seconds from the leading men.

A few laps from the finish, PONCET manages to regain the leading position. In pursuit, DA CUNHA and NEGRIER gradually fall behind.

RACE 2: DA CUNHA GETS AIR

Anatole BEAUPÈRE (Kawasaki Moto&GP Addict – Pirelli), revengeful after his retirement in race 1, starts from pole position with the knife between his teeth. In the fight to retain leadership in the 2rd lap, the young protector of the Moto&GP Addict team makes a mistake and falls. The situation benefits Diego PONCET (Kawasaki – Pirelli) who takes control of the race.

In the following laps, a quartet formed in the lead, Diego PONCET led Florent DA CUNHA (Kawasaki – Pirelli), Alexis BOUDIN (Yamaha FT Racing Academy – Michelin) and Alexy NEGRIER (Yamaha – Pirelli).

SIDECAR

RACE 2: LEGLISE / LAVOREL SHINES IN DIFFICULT CONDITIONS

On a wet track, LEGLISE / LAVOREL made an impressive start to the race and took a nice lead of 5 seconds after 3 laps. His first pursuer PERILLAT / KOTCHAN quickly found himself isolated in second place in front of GUIGNARD / POUX and LUNEAU / BIDAULT. While the trajectory dries little by little, BARBIER / RIGONDEAU pays for its choice to go on rain tires, side n°72 drops back to 5rd  place and struggles to maintain a high pace.

At mid-race, the leader is calm with more than 20 seconds ahead of PERRILLAT / KOTCHAN while GUIGNARD / POUX, 3rd, distance LUNEAU / BIDAULT, 4rd.

After 14 laps, GUIGNARD / POUX joined PERILLAT / KOTCHAN before overtaking him to temporarily climb onto the podium.

Thanks to perfect management of the track conditions, LEGLISE / LAVOREL won without contest and signed the double this weekend. Very fast at the end of the race, GUIGNARD / POUX ranks 2rd at the finish in front of PERILLAT / KOTCHAN, 3rd.

To complete the top 5, the paddock finds LUNEAU / BIDAULT, 4rd and BARBER / RIGONDEAU, 5rd, who manages to maintain his position.
